Security Industry Veteran Joseph A. Cooper to Help Manage Exponential Growth of TraceSecurity’s Financial Services Division

BATON ROUGE, La. - (July 16, 2007) –TraceSecurity, a leading provider of on-demand security compliance management solutions, announced today that Joseph A. Cooper will serve as the new Director of Financial Services. Cooper is the former CEO and Founder of Digital Defense Incorporated and a 12 year veteran in the security compliance industry. Reporting directly to CEO, Peter Stewart, Cooper will help oversee TraceSecurity’s financial services division.

Mr. Cooper is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wake Forest University. He founded Digital Defense Incorporated (DDI) in 1999. Previously Cooper ran a technology consultancy he started in 1992 after a successful career as a Senior Account Manager at, Zenith Data Systems.
