Experienced Executive Pairs Outstanding Track Record for Growth in Emerging Markets with Visionary Leadership Required to Maintain Market Dominance
BATON ROUGE, La. – (Jan. 15, 2008) –TraceSecurity, a leading provider of on-demand security compliance solutions, announced today the appointment of Jim Felicetti as Senior Vice President of Sales. This announcement follows on the heels of the company’s expansion of their corporate headquarters in Baton Rouge and new software development center in San Diego, which were required to accommodate the company’s triple-digit growth. TraceSecurity also recently procured $8 million in Series C Funding, which will allow the company to continue their rapid-pace growth and expansion with the help of Felicetti.

Jim Felicetti brings more than 23 years of experience in software and consulting sales to TraceSecurity, having developed and managed sales teams for a variety of technology companies whose clients included enterprise accounts like AT&T, Verizon, CitiGroup, Aetna, Macy’s and many small business accounts. His career includes executive sales positions at Oracle, Verizon Business, BancA, and Syntellect, Inc.

Mr. Felicetti previously served as Vice President of Sales at Oracle, where he established a new region for sales with revenues exceeding $33 million in the first two years. He also possesses a wealth of experience in growing companies within the SaaS market, having served as Vice President of Sales for HRsmart, Inc., a provider of customizable HR software systems. During his time at HRsmart, Felicetti spearheaded a 40% increase in direct sales in one year with existing staff. He also served as an executive for Verizon Business Call Center Services, where his team doubled sales to more than $51 million in less than three years, closing sales with accounts like WellPoint, Chase, and Consumer Energy. Felicetti has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and a master’s degree from Syracuse University.
